Parent has accessed the wrong link
If a parent has accessed the wrong link or the wrong link was sent to them there could be three scenarios:
- They have not registered yet - Action: send them the correct link and get them to register and fill in the consent form.
- They have registered but not filled in the consent form - Action: send them the correct link and get them to login and fill in the correct form.
- They have logged in or registered AND filled in and submitted the consent form - Action: the parent does not need to do anything but you will have to move the child in the system to pick up the consent form. Click on the link below for a step by step guide on how to do this:
